Now that I have more free time I have started messing around with Windows Live Writer and updating my blog. One of the things I really want to do is post my gym workouts on my blog. What I don’t want to do is have to type everything every time. I thought it would be a no brainer that I could make a template to use each time. That way I can just plug in the figures (weight/reps, current BMI…). Nope can’t to it. I have a saved copy of the blank post on my desktop hopefully I can use it like a template.

So I was really really bored a couple nights ago. I had the bright idea to install Win7 on my aging IBM ThinkCentre. It’s a p4 system with 1gb of ram. The install took forever, seriously I think I got a gray hair while waiting. I started at 7pm and was able to login by 9pm. Installed all the updates, office, firefox and a few other apps and was up and running 100% by 10pm. The only issue I have is my video card it is an ancient Geforce 4 which has not been supported for years. Other than that my system is quicker than XP and I can now run the latest apps.

Well it has been a long damn time since I actually sat down and made a proper post on here. So for the possibly 2 people who actually read this lets recap the last few months of my life. I was engaged to who I thought was going to be my life partner, found out in a really really shitty way that I was mistaken. Fast forward a few months and couple of dozen arguments later. I’m single, got rid of have my furniture and gave the ex the dog. All the ties have been cut and I only have an uncertain path to look towards.

Yeah I know that was kind of bland but I don’t really like putting my personal business out there.
