I decided to look around for some free places to advertise http://adszi.com. One of the sites I came across was a banner exchange program at free-banners.com. You put there code on your site and upload a 468×60 banner to their site and they swap the banners with other sites to help generate traffic. You get 1 credit for every time a banner is shown, I’m not sure how well it will work but it is free so I’m going to try it for about a month. Bellow is a sample of what their banners look like.

I uploaded a fairly simple and basic banner that you can see right here. I felt a little limited by the 12kg size limit.

Been working on a new site for about 2 weeks in my spare time. I’m turning my spare domain name into a link directory. I tried 3 or 4 different scripts before I found one that I really liked. A lot of the free scripts a pure shit and a pain in the ass to setup.

I settled on PHP Link Directory, it is free so long as you keep a link back to their homepage in the footer of the site. Right now I am still building the category structure and tweaking the template to my liking. Check the site out I would love to get some feedback. http://coollist.org
