Changing Careers
I have decided it is time to get a damn career. The economy sucks and is killing sales at the day job. I think I need to move on before I come into work one day and find the locks changed LOL. I just got finished updating my jobfox and monster profiles and sending my resume to a few helpdesk positions. I know helpdesk sucks but I want to get my foot in the door somewhere.
One thing I don’t understand is if you are searching entry level positions how the hell can they require 5 years experience. I mean damn if I’m with a company 5 years i want to be more than entry level. And whets up with requiring a bachelors degree to make 35k a year? I could do better than that as a manager at McDonalds with no degree, now if it said associates degree I would understand…
Anyway on a nonrant note, does anyone know of any tech companies that are hiring for a sarcastic ass to help there customers or employees with PC issues. I promise I will not make anyone cry for the first month I am there.
