Tomorrow is my first day back at school. I took last semester off because I bought a condo and wanted to focus on making sure that was squared away before tackling anymore classes. This semester I am taking 2 night classes and am thinking of summer classes for the last of the math I need for my major.
Wow it has been quite sometime since I posted anything, Guess this post will just be a quick rundown on what is going on right now. I finally got a condo and am going to closing on the 24th. My girlfriend is up visiting and will be moving in with me once I take ownership of the property. I’m still perusing my degree at MC. My brother came back from Israel now that he has finished his 3 years in the IDF. I’m still trying to build traffic to my classifieds site CoolTalk. Later this week I will post pictures of the condo and once I start working on it there will be post dedicated to the DYI improvements I’m planning to make.
Ok just wanted to give a quick update on my housing situation. I have a ratified contract, am getting all my docs in order to get my loan and am just waiting to hear back from the sellers bank because it’s a short sale.
