I’m a little annoyed this morning. I think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Since I have been at work everyone who has answered their phone has told me they already picked a moving company. Still have heard from any of the companies I have sent my resume to. Wow I sound like a whinny bitch, time to put my back into it and get some shit done.

Last Monday I got some bad news. My co-worker Ebou who had trained me when I started at the Glen Echo Exxon back in January had passed away. Around 4am that morning he was on Bradley Blvd. in Bethesda when there was a car fire. Sadly he did not survive. He leaves behind a wife and 3 children. He is an amazingly nice guy and will be missed bal all who knew him.

Well a few weeks ago I had to get a second job. I didn’t want to but the choice was really out of my hands. I had just gotten a 25% pay cut at the day job and I’m in the middle of buying a condo so I had to do something. So I did what any guy would do these days, I went to craigslist and looked for a job. i ended up with a pretty sweet gig working at a gas station in Potomac on the weekends. I sit in the office all day (12 hour shifts) get paid decent and can do class work, play on the internet (what I’m doing right now) and generally do nothing and get paid for it. I should have done this years ago .
